Membership Information

Eligibility

• Fitness room membership is available for adult and youth members of Taha Foundation. Close family members and friends may be granted membership with a referral from a current member and approval from facility management.
• Members must be at least 15 years of age to use the fitness room. Minors (ages 15-17) are required to submit a signed TF consent and waiver form from a parent or guardian to qualify for membership.

Membership Fees

• Annual Fee: $30
• Monthly Fee: $15/month for men & $10/month for women
• Fees are paid automatically via credit or debit card only.

Membership Request & Cancellation

• To request a fitness room membership, please complete and submit the request form. Once approved and processed, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that your membership is active.
• If you do not have TFCC door access, it will be issued to you along with instructions on how to use it.
• To cancel your membership, please send an email to [email protected].

 

Hours of Operation

• Men: 5:00 AM to 9:45 AM & 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM
  
• Women: 10:00 AM to 2:45 PM

Hours of operation may vary during the month of Ramadan and over the summer.
